Our app was designed to streamline the bankruptcy process. It was designed by a bankruptcy
paralegal with 14 years of hands-on client, law firm and bankruptcy court experience.
Clients can scan and upload all the documents needed to prepare and file their bankruptcy case.
Our software reads the data from the uploaded client documents, using special scanners and
Apple Vision.
It takes the data from the documents and populates the client questionnaire. The app also
includes a state of the art online bankruptcy questionnaire that adapts to the individual client(s)
financial situation.
It asks every question in the petition, so nothing is missing, however it removes the questions
that arent relevant after confirming with the client. It will remove the spouse, business, and
home questions from the questionnaire if the client states those things dont apply to get the most
accurate information from a simple chapter 7 client, with the least number of repetitive
questions. Just like most bankruptcy petition preparation software’s do for bankruptcy attorneys.
It expands for married debtors, business owners, multiple real properties, multiple vehicles, and
other assets, so its also the most comprehensive question as well. It is designed for simple no
asset chapter 7 clients to complicated chapter 13 clients.
It is designed to take an average client about an hour total time to get a complete bankruptcy
questionnaire along with all supporting documentation uploaded into the client portal, to prepare
a complete bankruptcy petition and have all the supporting documentation.
It saves the information as the client fills out page by page, so the client can start and stop
whenever they want or need to and pick up where they left off from any other platform.
